What would your eyes see? What would your ears hear? What would your skin touch?
Aside from a higher checking account balance, how would you know that you have become prosperous?
If you haven’t thought of prosperity in this sensory and sensual way, then you may be missing a powerful method to call forward a more prosperous life.
Numbers on a bank statement can be a bit too abstract to fire up the engines of desire.
But if you can visualize yourself, say, driving a shiny red convertible down the Pacific Coast Highway, with the wind whipping your hair and sunshine warming your face as you luxuriate in a plushly upholstered seat…well, now the sparks are flying.
The point is to identify, in detail, the experiences that you desire. Let your imagination run with sights, sounds, sensations and more, so that your body really “gets” what you are aiming for.
Maybe, for you, it’s not about material possessions. Maybe it’s about supreme self-care in the form of brightly colored organic veggies in a delicious homemade salad, divine naps snuggled on a comfy sofa on a weekday afternoon and the highest quality earbuds to listen to your favorite sound healing recordings.
Whatever prosperity would create for you, see if you can practice experiencing it now. Elite athletes and their coaches have known for decades how powerful it is to imagine and visualize victory. It does take practice though.
